A note before you write: we are not immigration advisers or lawyers, so we can't tell you which visa to apply for or whether you qualify. We complete forms and organise documents on your instructions, and refer you to a licensed adviser or lawyer when advice is what you need.

Send only what we've actually asked for. Please don't attach identity documents, passports or bank details unless your assistant has asked for them for a specific application.

If you're a member, it's tidier to put files in your own document folders — make a folder, name it, and upload into it. Your signed agreement is already filed there.

Why we collect this, and what happens to it. JTR Global OpenWings Limited collects the details and files you send here so we can answer you and provide the assistance you ask for. Giving them is voluntary, but without them we may not be able to help with your request. We only share your information with a provider — a landlord, employer, school, adviser or lawyer — where that is what you've asked us to do, and we'll tell you before we do. Our website, accounts and payments are hosted by Netlify and Stripe in the United States. You can ask to see or correct anything we hold about you at any time, and we'll respond within 20 working days. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy; you can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
